Processing Time

In-Stock Orders
All in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 5 business days (unless notified otherwise).

Pre-Orders
Products available for pre-order will be dispatched in line with the estimated dispatch timeframe stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

We endeavour to ensure all orders are delivered within the estimated timeframes; however, Dermogains is not liable for delays caused by Australia Post or other courier services.

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your order’s progress.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Timeframes

We currently deliver to addresses within Australia only.

Standard Shipping 2–6 business days $10.00 AUD

Express Shipping 1–2 business days $15.00 AUD

Free Express Shipping on all orders over $50.00 AUD

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location.

Orders to remote or regional areas may take a little longer to arrive.

Delivery timeframes commence from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed.

Shipping Provider

All orders are sent via Australia Post or another trusted courier service, depending on your location.

Tracking details will be provided once your parcel has been dispatched.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are an estimate only. Once your order has been dispatched, Dermogains cannot accept responsibility for any delays caused by postal or courier networks. During busy periods (e.g. product launches, sales, or public holidays), please allow additional time for delivery.

Change of Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at hello@dermogains.com.au

We will do our best to update your details before dispatch, but we cannot make changes once the parcel has been shipped.

Missing or Lost Packages

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking link and contact Australia Post.

If your parcel cannot be located after this, contact us at hello@dermogains.com.au within 3 business days of the expected delivery date, and we will assist you in lodging an enquiry.

Dermogains™ is not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.

Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

For pre-order items, the 30-day return period begins from the date the order is delivered, not the date the order is placed.

To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

We cannot accept returns for opened or used products.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email hello@dermogains.com.au within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement, credit, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment.
