What if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact hello@dermogains.com.au within 5 business days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos. We'll assess the issue and arrange a replacement, credit, or refund where appropriate.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return: Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility.

For pre-orders, the 30-day return period starts from delivery, not purchase.

What if my order is lost or missing?

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe: Check your tracking link, Contact Australia Post. If still unresolved, email hello@dermogains.com.au within 3 business days of the expected delivery date. We'll assist from there.

What if my order is delayed?

Once dispatched, delivery is managed by Australia Post. Dermogains isn't responsible for delays caused by postal or courier networks, particularly during peak periods or public holidays. We'll always provide tracking so you can follow your order's journey.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at hello@dermogains.com.au. Unfortunately once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard Shipping: $10 AUD

Express Shipping: $15 AUD

Free Express Shipping on orders over $50 AUD.

Do you ship internationally?

At this stage, Dermogains ships within Australia only.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping timeframes begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed. Estimated delivery times within Australia:

Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days.

Express Shipping: 1–2 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier performance.

When will my pre-order be shipped?

Pre-order dispatch timing is clearly displayed on the product page. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Until then, your order is safely queued — not forgotten.

What does 'pre-order' mean?

A pre-order allows you to secure your Dermogains product before it is available for immediate dispatch.

Pre-order items are dispatched in line with the estimated dispatch timeframe shown on the product page at the time of purchase.

Is this product currently in stock?

Some Dermogains™ products may be available for pre-order. If a product is on pre-order, this will be clearly stated on the product page along with the estimated dispatch timeframe.

Will Dermogains products make my muscles grow?

If they did, we'd all skip leg day. Dermogains products are cosmetic skincare, not supplements, not a steroids, and not a shortcuts around hard work, discipline and training.

Dermogains products won't make your muscles grow — that part still requires effort, nutrition, recovery, and consistency.

What Dermogains products aim to do is support the skin that sits on top of the work you're already putting in.

Will Dermogains products remove or prevent stretch marks?

Short answer: no magic erasers here.

Longer answer: Dermogains products are formulated with clinically proven ingredients shown to help support skin hydration, elasticity, and firmness, which may help reduce the appearance of stretch marks over time with consistent use.

Stretch marks are a natural result of skin stretching and change — training, growth, weight fluctuations and life.

We're here to support skin health and appearance using evidence-backed ingredients, not promise biology-defying outcomes.

Do Dermogains products have side effects?

Dermogains products are formulated using cosmetic ingredients selected for skin compatibility and are designed to be gentle for most skin types.

That said, skin may have its own opinions. If irritation occurs, stop use and consult a healthcare professional.

Pushing through discomfort works in training — it does not earn bonus points in skincare.

Are Dermogains products vegan and cruelty-free?

Our Daily Recovery Protein Infused Moisturiser is vegan-friendly and cruelty-free, and we do not test on animals.

As Dermogains evolves, future products may include non-plant-based active ingredients where there is strong evidence they deliver better skin outcomes. What won’t change is our commitment to responsible formulation and never testing on animals.

In short: we prioritise performance, transparency, and ethics — not labels for the sake of labels.

Are Dermogains products suitable for both men and women?

Yes. Dermogains products are gender-neutral and designed for all skin types unless otherwise stated.

Skin doesn't care what gender it is — it just responds to good formulations.
